Red Alert would love to think that all customers will stay with us for life, that’s our aim. But in reality that’s not always possible – people move house, businesses change location or different priorities takeover.

Whatever your reasons for cancelling your agreement with Red Alert, we respect your decision and endeavour to terminate any service contracts hassle-free with immediate effect for unmonitored systems and just 4-weeks’ notice for monitored alarms.

From the very start the equipment is fully owned by you, so we don’t tie you into a lengthy contract.
